Motivation Monday: Rise and Grind

This week’s dosage of motivation is brought to you by an old Nike commercial I found late one night whilst trying to find a way out of my DNS slump. One good thing about injury is that it gives to time to miss the sport; the grind, the hard work and the pain. You get back your hunger. So if nothing else, it reminds me that the lows are part of the journey, and that I’ll be back at the grind before I know what’s hit me!

 

 

 

What or who is inspiring you this week? Following my DNS disaster, I certainly need more motivation in my life!Β

  1. I don’t know if you saw, but I also didn’t start my marathon yesterday. Albeit, I’ve known it was going to happen for longer than you, but it still hurt until the day finally passed. Now, I’m looking forward again. I encourage you to find something new!
